To encourage and promote cultural, economic, and social relations between the United States of America and Italy

To provide intermediation services in bilateral Italy–USA relations by guiding and facilitating the start-up of Italian entrepreneurial and professional activities in the United States

To foster the creation of a network between Italian and American entities and companies

Organize and promote conferences, congresses, roundtables, studies and research on culture and deepen economic and legislative interactions

To protect and develop the Italian historical and artistic heritage

To promote academic relations between Italian and American universities and to award scholarships to students who have achieved significant academic results

To bestow honors on Italians who have contributed to strengthening economic, scientific, and cultural ties between Italy and the United States
